This year's rent negotiations with the Hyresgästföreningen are now concluded.

As of February 2026, the rent on our apartments will increase by 2.9%.

At the same time, the rent for commercial premises without an index clause will also increase by 2.9% as of February.

Parking spaces.
- Parking space with engine heates will increase by 10 SEK.
- Carports and garages will increase by 20 SEK.
