Big change for co-applicants.
All accounts for co-applicants have been deleted.
The change is made so that we comply with GDPR and the laws that apply to the processing of personal data. At the same time, the system will be safer and easier to use. Each applicant will get their own account and collect their own purchase points.
In the new system, a co-applicant is counted as their own applicant and therefore has their own login. A person only becomes a co-applicant when an applicant chooses to add the person in connection with an expression of interest being made for an apartment or other rental property.
This is what the new handling means:
- A co-applicant collects their own purchase points and is no longer connected to the main applicant.
- Co-applicants have been placed in a so-called side queue. Previous purchase points are saved there and can be used when registering again. The side queue will remain in place until the end of November 2026.
- In order to continue searching for housing, co-applicants need to create their own account. New registration is made via this link.
- With each application, the main applicant chooses whether to add a co-applicant.
- If two people will live in the apartment, it is important to add a co-applicant, as the housing calculation is based on the total household income.
- All current co-applicants have been removed from the main applicant's account.
