AB Ljusdalshem has requested negotiations regarding rents in the company’s residential properties.

In addition to standard apartments, sheltered housing units and senior housing apartments, the negotiations also include premises without index clauses, garages, carports, parking spaces with engine heaters, and electric vehicle charging stations.

The reason for the request is the company’s increased costs for, among other things, electricity, water, fuel, waste collection, and general price increases.
