Fault reporting Cable TV

If you experience problems with the TV picture, you should first check that your own TV and antenna cable are working properly.
If you want to report a fault, call 0651-760 730.
The fault report should contain the following information:
– Name of the person reporting.
– Which customer it concerns.
– Which location it concerns.
– Which phone number we can reach you on.
– Description of the problem.

Ljusnet gets the TV offering from Sappa, which has been the new owner of Cantab since 2019.

• The basic offering is digital in HD quality for all customers.
• The basic offering is unencrypted. No program card or CA module will be needed to view the basic offering digitally.

Our apartments are connected to Ljusnet's fiber network. Services, prices etc. can be found on Ljusnet's website.

Each apartment has an antenna outlet, docking station and power adapter.
