AB Ljusdalshem is a municipal housing company and it is owned by Ljusdal Municipality. The company was founded in 1947 and was transformed into a limited company 50 years later, in 1997. We own and manage 2. 147 apartments and 144 premises spread over three locations. Of these, 268 apartments and 21 premises are owned by our subsidiary, AB Ljusdals Servicehus.
